History
Rising from a small trading company that planted its roots in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1976, the Zenufa Group of Companies has grown over the years into a dynamic medium-sized conglomerate with business activities spanning through Africa, India and Canada. Zenufa focuses on promoting quality products through creating brand strength, by enhancing visibility and brand loyalty.
Identifying itself primarily with operations in the Pharmaceuticals and the Foods and Beverages industries within Africa, the Group aims to satisfy the emerging market demands in the African markets the Group caters to. The Group also has interests in the Polymer Packaging and Personal care, and International Trade related industries.
In 2003, the Group ventured into the manufacturing of Foods and Beverages in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Located in the capital city Kinshasa, African Foods & Beverages (AFB), has become one of Congo’s largest local beverage manufacturer boasting a range of beverages from bottled water to both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
